This morning was a hard morning for waking up.  Thankfully I don't ache much anymore from Sunday's race.

1: protein shake
2: leftover hamburger cabbage stir fry
3: the eggplant and lamb dish I planned for Monday but couldn't make since my eggplant had frozen! - rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: an extra hour of sleep trumped pilates.  This was the right choice.

How about you?

I snacked and ate lots of carbs yesterday so today will be better.

B: scrambled egg with ham, cheese and peppers

L: leftover steak and a few bites of Mac and cheese

D: not sure, having dinner at a meeting. I'll take some jerky and cheese in case it is full of carbs

V: done

W: working in it

E: walking/running a mile with my student and we're going to do some stairs. We're going on a trip in about a month where we will be hiking up to 5 miles every day, so we need to make sure we are ready.

Here's to a great day!

My 6-month stall has finally ended. Got under 140 pounds a few days ago. Carefully planning nutritious, high-protein meals, logging every morsel I eat, and keeping junk food out of my home are what finally broke the stall.

  1. Coffee w/cashew milk
  2. Bowl of Maryland crab soup (heavy on the crab)
  3. Same as lunch
  4. Snack: Orange

W&V: Done

E: Cleaned the boat
