Whatcha eating today? Tuesday, 9/20/2016
I sort of figured someone else would have posted this by now!
1: protein shake
2: chicken cordon bleu dip
3: no idea, depends on how I feel before and after class - tuesdays and thursdays are screwy
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: nope, nope, nope. I hurt all over from the combined assaults of Sunday's 5-miler and the onset of my period. "Yay." Didn't even want to do any gentle yoga stretching.
How about you?

I'm on my Pre-Op Diet, So Far I've had:
- Scrambled Egg Whites with Tomato Slice and Grilled Chicken
- Premier Protein Shake
- Dannon Greek Yogurt 80 cal
- Shredded Chicken Breast on Romaine Lettuce Leaf wraps
- Cream of Wheat packet with 4 oz cup of unsweetened apple sauce mixed
Dinner will likely be 90 cal Salmon filet with zucchini veggetti.
Liquid and vites: on track
(By the way, this pre-op diet is exhausting. When you are eating healthy, 1000 calories is
alot to ingest! I always end up with like 100-200 calories left at the end of the day. But I am full
and satisfied.)

My day has been all screwed up. My daughter was attached by a stomach virus around 2 am this morning. She finally fell back to sleep around 6 am so I let my work know I would be late and slept until 9:30. I didn't eat anything until noon when I got to work.
Breakfast/lunch - Salmon patty
S - protein shake
D- No clue. Some sort of meat. Hopefully the DH will cook tonight.
W & V - on track
E- walking

Sleeved 8/1/16
HW 285 / SW 276 / GW 160
- RTD Premier Caramel Shake (not bad, but prefer the chocolate)
- Low carb "wrap" made with a lettuce leaf, 3oz chicken, 1/2 ounce of cheese, mustard.
- Siggi yogurt, and possibly a bit more chicken.
Liquid: already had 80 ounces so far. I suspect this is the apocalypse.
Exercise: only did 20m of cycling today. Knee is not bending well. I'm currently icing it 1x hourly. Had an ER visit monday for chest pain and I've been sore and swollen since.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
