Yesterday's race was AWESOME and I'm super proud of myself.  Today, I hurt :P Any my weight is up 2lb.  Last year after this race my weight was up 4lb!  I know this isn't "real" weight gain, so I'm not worried.  It'll be gone in a few days.  

1: protein shake
2: leftover chicken cordon bleu dip  
3: lamb and eggplant dish

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga for hips and back

B:  oatmeal w 1 tsp sliced almonds

L:  eggplant with 1 slice 12 grain bread

S:  pumpkin chobani, 4 rf triscuit 1 babybel lite

D:  leftover veal cutlet

S:  either 15 animal crackers or a no sugar added fudgesicle

E:  IDK, pouring here today

Glad the race went great Gwen! I'm still at 2 1/2 Tbs max for solids, so today I'm having:

B: Protein shake

S1: Tuna salad 

L: Ricotta cheese w/ meat sauce

S2: String Cheese

D: Pulled pork 

S3: Greek yogurt

Liquids: I still struggle with

Vites: Always great b/c of the patch!

Exercise: Will be something indoors since we are gonna get rain all week!

HW: 312 SW: 294 CW: 225

Apparently my 5:45 am Monday yoga class at the local YMCA is going to just be a private lesson for me since no one else shows up to the class except me and the instructor. And I am ok with that!

 

B: Oikos triple zero coconut creme (must admit, i like the dannon light and fit greek better)

L: 2oz low sodium roast beef, 1oz cotswold cheese

D Basil pesto chicken sausage (1 link), a tiny bit of roasted tomato with thyme, shallot, garlic, proscuitto and feta

S: coffee with a little premier caramel protein drink as the "creamer"

 

Vitamins - on track

Water - on track

Exercise - YOGA day! and some resistance band work tonight

Hi Gwen,

The eggplant dish sounds excellent.  I'm going to give it  try soon

breakfast - salmon

lunch - chicken with sun-dried tomatoes

dinner - ground beef and cabbage

snack / meal 4 - Dijon lime chicken

I'm waiting for my car at the dealership, and I'm really hungry, but I should be home soon and able to eat.

Snack- 1/2 premier protein shake

breakfast- 1 egg scrambled

lunch- 3 oz. chicken with broccoli

dinner- baked salmon with spinach

snack- 1/2 premier protein shake

 

Exercise- 40 minutes treadmill walking& jogging. 20 minutes abs,arms and leg machines. Ugh sore

water- good

vit- good. Love the patches

Breakfast: 1/2 grilled hamburger patty

Snack: Berry lift protein drink

Lunch: 1/2 Atkins Chicken Margherita frozen dinner

Snack: 2 ounces of turkey breast sandwich meat wrapped around 1 cheese stick

Dinner: 1/2 grilled hamburger patty with 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese

Vitamins: yup

Water: yup

Exercise: squats, lunges, and leg exercises here in my living room
