It's too early.  But this is race day and I'm leaving in 17 minutes.  As it's race day, I'm not 100% sure about what I'll eat.

1: protein shake
2: post-race banananananananana!!!! (This is the real reason why I race.)
3: chicken caesar wrap from Wawa on the way home
4: sushi! (It's been over two months since I last had sushi, can't wait.)

liquid and vites: on track with vites, will be as on track with liquids as I can be.  I'll drink a lot once I'm back home
exercise: Oh, just a 5 mile race.

How about you?

Hi Gwen,

Enjoy your race day!

I'm still on plan with my food, and enjoying my meals.  I'm going back to 4 meals, because I think it works better than the 3 meals because I often snack.  My meals are healthier than the snacks.

Breakfast - salmon

lunch1 - chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes

Lunch2 - Dijon lime chicken

Dinner - ground beef and cabbage casserole

Have a good Sunday everyone!

Carol

Four planned meals definitely seems like the way to go if it prevents snacking!

Wooooooo!  Personal record for my race!  I was five minutes faster than last year, which means my pace was 1 entire minute faster than last year :D  And this was with less training and worse weather!
