I'm with Cappy above, I had to crush mine and mix with plain Greek yogurt the first few months otherwise I'd throw up. Much easier to ingest that way. Bought a pill crusher from pharmacy and that made the process easier. Or use a meat mallet, whatever works.

I am the exact same way- I cant even choke them down, the flavor is too much.  What I do is I drop them in about 1oz of water and let them dissolve and then drink them.  Its still not all that tasty but man, its totally do-able.  I just make sure to have another drink where I can wa**** down.  It has really helped.  ALSO- as soon as my bottle of vitamins is done I am going to buy a TESPO.  Its a vitamin delivery system that gives you a liquid vitamin shot (not inject, like a shot of water with the vitamin powder mixed in)  They have Mens & Women's bariatric formulas!  I think this is going to solve all my problems.  They also have hair/ nails vitamins, children's vitamins, etc.

I have been using the Nascobol regimen. The chewables are not great either but I can stomach them for the time being. I use the nasal spray for my b12 one a week which makes me wish they were all this way! The great thing about this is that my insurance covers the b12 nasal spray (I have a $25 co pay) and the pharmacy provides my other chewable vits for free since I take the spray. All in all it is a pretty great deal. These are specifically for bariatric patients so I feel like the suffering is worth it!

for the first two months I couldn't handle multi vitamins in pill or chewable but the gummies were just perfect.  As a matter of fact, I still do them in gummy form because I feel like I'm getting a treat when I suck on them for awhile before I chew, lol.
