Yes! Definitely something to consider.

I take my thyroid meds first thing after I wake up (since I also don't eat breakfast), then do my vitamins around when I get home from work. Finally calcium right before bed. Seems to be working out well. :)

BTW- I know that tanins like in coffee - black tea- cocoa- red wine etc. interfere with iron absorbtion - but this is a first time I hear about calcium absorbtion problem and coffee...  Could you share a link were you read that? Always learning.
