The word of the day is unprepared. 

Between now and class at 4pm I need to run, stretch, shower, eat two meals, do laundry, pick up my glasses from the optometrist, see my PCP, drive to school, prepare for group work in Anatomy and Physiology lecture, and lock as many things into my brain before the Anatomy and Physiology lab exam as possible. 

So far I have done the running and stretching parts, and I'm halfway through my breakfast. Four hours to go.  Sigh.  

1: protein shake
2: leftover alt.crack slaw
3: protein bar before class
4: some exciting leftover if I need to eat when I get home from classes.  Due to errands prior to class I can't eat lunch as late as I would like to today, so I need to do the protein bar prior to class so that my brain will function during my exam.  So a 4th meal might need to be added - I'll play it by ear.  Or stomach.  Or whatever.  

liquid and vites: on track - I finally finished off my calcium chews and am relying on the calcium in the patches.  It's nice not to need to eat one in the morning anymore!  
exercise: running and stretching.  Today was w3d1 of the Zombies Run 5k training plan and it was definitely a challenge!  Don't feel prepared for my 5 mile race on Sunday.

You sound like me during sports season for my 3 kids. One's in football, ones in MMA & band, and the other softball. I work full time so I always feel trapped at my job because I have so much I need to be doing instead lol. I'm going to start night courses next semester so I really don't know how I'm going to swing everything.

B - poached egg & sausage patty - Bought this cool omelet/poached egg maker (tupperware) for the microwave. I literally had breakfast ready in under 2 mins!

L - Beef tips over cauliflower rice - Don't really ever have room for the cauliflower

S - Protein shake

D - Not sure yet. Daughter has softball practice. Maybe some beef jerky

S - Bulletproof Coffee

L - Quest Protein Bar (thought I would be headed home for lunch but got a meeting scheduled that was too important to pass on, so had to go with what I had. Will eat something more substantial when I get home)

S - Tofu Green Curry or Leftover BBQ from last night

D - Will be super low carb on dinner as I will be having a few drinks tonight

S - since I had a protein bar earlier I will likely just eat some cucumbers with greek yogurt

V - done!

E - missed my Orange Theory this morning was too sorry so Walk 3 miles tonight

I'm still struggling with anxiety and the carb monster.  Hopefully, today will be better.

breakfast - salmon and geek salad

Lunch - left over salmon and greek salad

dinner - pulled pork and broccoli slaw.

snack - hopefully none

water and vitamins - A ok

exercise - still unmotivated
