L - Buffalo Grilled Chicken Asian Slaw with Greek Yogurt Ranch

S - Avocado and Maybe a protein bar as I have a workout this afternoon

D - Not sure yet, have a work event so probably chicken wings

S - Protein Shake

V - forgot them today, been really bad lately

W - Slow but getting there

E - 3 mile walk this morning and Orange Theory this afternoon

B - 1/3 cup gluten free oatmeal with cinnamon and 1/4 of a banana, 1 oz turkey sausage patty

S - protein bar

L - 2 oz tuna salad on 1 oz baby spinach with vinegarette

S - low fat string cheese with 0.25 oz slim jim

D - shrimp ****tail

V - on track

W - on track

E - walked 3 miles this morning, planning on working out at gym after dinner

L - Pizza toppings  - We had a meeting at work today and they served us pizza. I think everyone was looking at me crazy wondering why I wasn't eating the crust hahaha. (they don't know I had wls)

90-degree day in Baltimore. Looking forward to cooler weather.

E: A very strenuous bout of supermarket shopping.  It was an unfamiliar store. I must have gone up and down those aisles at least three times till I found everything I needed.
