Whatcha eating today? Tuesday, 9/13/2016
Happy Tuesday! It's 63F outside and I am so excited to go running! I hope that the oppressive summer heat is finally over.
1: protein shake
2: leftover something with guac - there are a few meat options in the fridge
3: probably a protein bar on the way home from college - I think I just need to accept that this is the way things are twice a week. I miss having a hot meal for dinner, but twice a week for 13 more weeks won't kill me.

Just slightly sore after my first yoga class yesterday. Not an "oh my god I can't move sore" but more like a "man I worked some stuff yesterday" sore - a good sore.
B - 4oz low fat cottage cheese with 1/2T Polaner sugar free blackberry spread with fiber
L - chicken, muenster cheese and 3 pickle chips
D - jerk tilapia and broccoli
S - ostrim beef and ostrich stick
V - on track
W - determined to do better today
E - treadmill and bike at the Y after work, and resistance bands at home
I LOVE yoga and I love that soreness. There's such a huge difference between pain and the soreness of just existing while obese compared to the sore/ache that you feel you EARNED from exercise :D At least, that's how I always feel about it. I love the aches that I've earned :D

B: Premier Protein Shake
S: Light N Fit Greek Yogurt
L: 2 Prawns with a light dipping sauce
Not sure how the rest of the day will go. I came down with my first cold post-op and feel terrible. I have no appetite so I am pretty much forcing myself to eat in order to get protein in.
Speaking of a cold, can we take DayQuil/NyQuil? I desperately need some relief from all the sneezing and coughing :(
Yup! DayQuil and NyQuil are tylenol based and tylenol is totally okay for us :)

Thank you! I am going to take the gel capsules versus the liquid. Hopefully I can get some sleep!
I always forget that the liquid exists, since I've never used it. But, yet, definitely go with the capsules. The liquid has unnecessary sugar that you don't want :)

Yes it was nice out for my walk this morning.
B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L cottage cheese, turkey deli meat, and baby carrots
D spagetti squash and sauce with hamburger in it
S greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks, and apple
W way ahead of schedule

E I took a walk and probably this afternoon Ill do walk away the pounds dvd

E - 1 Hour Orange Theory this morning, walk this evening to hit 10,000 steps (at 5,200 right now so probably 2.5 miles).
