I hate that the only way I can get extra sleep is if I skip exercise in the morning.  But going to sleep earlier than I already do means going to bed before my partner and that sucks since I value the pre-sleep snuggle and talk time more than I value exercise :P  Oh well.  

1: protein shake
2: tofu
3: cilantro chicken nuggets - it's a protein only night, which means I only make a protein thing and then we do leftover sides to go with.  I'll just be eating the nuggets with the random salsas and guac that's in the fridge.  Yum.

I feel like there is never enough time to do everything.

I'm pledging to eat well for the next 5 days. I have a support group on Facebook and about 10 of us are working together to stay accountable. It is a real struggle for me. I figure if I can be on track for 5 days, I can do it for 10.

B: Shake 

L: leftover meatballs

D: I had planned to take out pork chops but I just realized I forgot so it'll be leftovers for me (I have some brisket and some chicken wings) and maybe spaghetti for the family.

Snacks if I need them...some beef jerky or yogurt

I actually remembered my vitamins this morning! I need to take calcium when I get home and again before bed.

Water is on track.

No exercise scheduled for today.

This is the first time I've made the recipe and I can report back that they were delicious!  I unpaleo'd it and used soy sauce for the coconut aminos, cornstarch for the coconut powder, and sugar for the honey.
