That would be great if you could find it locally! They sell a few different versions, I know there's a tomato-cilantro version, and one that has saffron crocus. Maybe one with extra garlic also?
Look for some of the Goya Adobo seasoning too! The Sazon comes in a little box, and the Adobo in a shaker bottle. Several kinds of Adobo, we use the "spicy" version a lot, and there's a bitter orange that's reeeeeally good on salmon!

Discovered the adobo shaker a few years ago. That is how we have grilled our chicken ever since- fool proof goodness that even I can't muck up!

I am not a big meat eater in general, so I was very surprised that I liked it as much as I did! For sure want to try to make it at home.

Sounds great. I got some hot delicious protein in a parking lot too - barbecued sliced tri tip from a parking lot grill at a grocery store. Well seasoned and not too much sauce. Will get this again! diane S
