Surgery date of 9/28/16!!!

Finally after almost a year I have a surgery date! In October of last year 1 week before my surgery was planned I found out there was an exclusion for weight loss surgery on my insurance plan. When it came time in the end of December to enroll for my insurance for 2016 I was able to pick a new plan that included the weight loss surgery. I had to start the whole process over again due to needing to pick a new doctor because my current one did not participate with my new insurance co. I should have been going for surgery in July when I had a sudden onset of diabetes that put me in the hospital for 5 days. That put my surgery off until my diabetes was under control. Now I'm just 2 1/2 weeks out from getting surgery! Whoo hoo!  

Hopefully there will be no more set backs!

This sounds so frustrating! But, now you are in line again, so I hope all goes well!

Woohoooo! Congratulations on not giving up and finally getting your date! I'm on the 27th this month! See you on the losers bench,  buddy!
