Woo, it's Saturday!  I started lifting weights again today after a very long break.  It's nice to feel like I'm finally reclaiming my life since the Term From Hell that was the beginning of this year.

1: protein shake
2: can you guess??  Leftover frittata!!  (Unless some fiendish person in the house finishes it off before I get to it...) - Some fiendish person DID finish off the frittata.  Dammit.  I ate leftover pineapple chicken stuff instead.
3: pulled pork hash

liquid and vites: on track!  (I finally finished off my supply of calcium chews.  Now it's patch only for calcium.  Still have a long way to go to finish off my vitamin D and Iron supplies, though...)
exercise: weight lifting!!  New Rules of Lifting Break-In A.  Figured I should start back at the beginning.

How about you?  What are you ingesting/doing for your body on this fine Saturday?

Hi all,

I'm still hitting the humus and chips in the evenings, so I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm eating healthy most of the time and hope to conquer the late night carbs soon.

breakfast - salmon

lunch- crack slaw

lunch2 - buffalo chicken spaghetti squash

dinner - meatballs and spaghetti sauce

water and vitamins - good

exercise - sigh... not so good

This is a recipe I found on the recipe forum some years ago.  Its great - tasty, and healthy.

Its one of my favorites for weight loss.

I have crack slaw all the time. I use preshredded bagged coleslaw because I'm too lazy to shred cabbage. I put it over Ramen for the kids and I eat it plain. I make enough for dinner and our lunches the next day. It is a quick easy recipe.

I slept in today so I didn't have breakfast. Just now eating.

Lunch: veggie black bean patty with 1 oz of sharp cheddar cheese melted on top

Snack: 2 deviled eggs I made last night (made with greek yogurt, mustard, and a little pickle relish)

Dinner: don't know. May take the kiddo's out to eat

Snack: I will more than likely eat a little cantaloupe. I have stayed away from fruits but this cantaloupe came from west Texas and is SUPER sweet. So, why not?..

Vitamins- about to take them as soon as I finish my veggie burger

Water- plan on drinking my 70 oz

Exercise- I do lunges and squats randomly through out the day. Nothing special.
