1 month out from surgery ...
I know I haven't really posted since surgery. I admit I went through 2 weeks or so wondering what I had done to myself ... well that ended once I started back to work and started working the sleeve. I've been on OH almost every day just keeping up with how everyone is doing. To catch you up ... At my 2 week appt. I had lost 21 lbs and came off my blood pressure medicine. So, Tuesday I had my 1 month follow up appt. I've been waiting for my lab results and finally just got them. My A1C went from 7.8 down to 5.3!! All my vitamin levels are great (mid and upper levels in the desirable range)!! The doc sent me the comment "whatever you are doing, keep it up", (which is the multivitamin patch and I was so worried I would have to go on the chewables that I hate)! And my total weight loss was 30 lbs for month #1, including the 3 week stall! I've am so excited!! I'm thankful for the OH website and the ones of you with great advise, recipes, and encouragement!

Superb...I am nearing the end of my 2nd month and hoping to weigh in on the 11th to see whassup. I feel like weight loss has slowed but that is expected in month 2. But for you...SUPERB!!!!!
