HOLY CRAP YOU GUYS!!!!  Today, for the first time in the entirety of my memory, I AM NOT OBESE! Today the scale dipped to 174 - BMI 30.  I started off in the "Super Morbidly Obese" range and never thought I'd actually get to the "Overweight" range.  So freaking happy and proud of myself!!  

1: protein shake
2: leftover frittata - I keep expecting to get sick of this but never do.
3: beef and cabbage stir fry, rice for the guys - this is similar to crack slaw, but a different recipe that uses more veggies than just cabbage

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: was planning on my three fitness classes, but I slept like crap and woke up at 9 instead of 6:30.  Don't regret it.

OMG!!  That's fantastic Gwen!!  You SHOULD be proud of yourself!  You've worked SO hard!

E:  Can only work on arms.  These blisters on my heels are horrendous!!  I've never seen anything like them.  Wish I knew how to deal with them and get them healed up quicker.  I REALLY miss my walks!!

B coffee with premier protein shake

L 1 cup broccoli with 1 ounce shredded cheese 

D Dominoes thin crust pizza with ham and black olives

S popcorn ( I will measure out my serving and tell the kids to eat the rest before I get ahold of it. Popcorn is like crack to me.)

W 45 ounces but the day is still early

E hiking 1.5 hrs planned for this evening

V have to remember to take those

"Overweight" may sound awful to the natural "sticks" out there, but it's music to the ears of the former super morbidly obese. Congratulations, Gwen!

E: None. Migraine.
