I woke up with quite a bit of pain in my neck/shoulders so I think I might skip running this morning.

1: protein shake
2: leftover frittata
3: not sure, it's leftover night - maybe pineapple chicken stuff, maybe I'll need a protein bar in the car on the way home from class

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and stretching if my neck feels better after using a massager thing, or nothing

How about you?

Edit: My neck did not feel significantly better after the massager thing, so I opted not to run.  More time to study, yay!  This also means that I had my shake earlier than intended.  So I'm not sure at all how meals will work out today as far as time goes.  I've got to go to the dentist at 2pm and then I have class at 4-7:15 and I'm not sure if I'll have time to eat after the dentist which means I really need to eat lunch before the dentist to be safe.  Maybe I'll eat 1/2 a protein bar when I get to campus and see if that'll tide me over through class.  I hadn't realized that the 4-7:15 class was going to require so much.... energy.  I'm not used to doing such brain intensive things in the evening!

Its leftovers for me today, too.  I'll be cooking this afternoon so I'll be set thru the weekend.  I'm going to make crack slaw, buffalo chicken spaghetti squash, pulled pork and chicken and broccoli casserole.  yum.

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - meatballs and parmesan cheese

snack - broccoli slaw

dinner - probably buffalo chicken spaghetti squash

vitamins and water  like clockwork

exercise - still not so motivated...

Have a good day, everyone.

Every day is a struggle for me. But, one day at a time!

B: shake

S: cheese stick and wheat thins

L: chicken thigh and a little mashed potatoes and gravy

D: traveling with my husband, so I don't know

Water is on track, I didn't take my vitamins and there will be no exercise today because of the 5 hour car ride

On a positive note, when I was eating mashed potatoes and gravy in the school cafeteria, I was struck by how little I eat. I know I'm 2 years post op so I should be used to it, but sometimes it takes me by surprise and I'm once again stunned that a tiny chicken thigh and a few bites of potatoes fills me up.

E not going to happen. Have to take kids to piano practice, boy scouts, and volleyball practice.

On a side note, I've been waking up at 300 a.m. every night STARVING. I toss and turn for 2 hrs without eating and eventually just get up. The last two night I ate 1/2 a banana before bed and slept all night. I don't know if there is a connection.
