Big milestone this morning for me!  I can officially say that I've lost a gross amount of weight.  LOL forever. :D  

Yesterday's eating test went fairly well.  I didn't have my shake until 11, ate lunch at 2:30, and then dinner after class.  Sadly, I was really hungry after class and needed to eat soon, so it was a protein bar in the car. I'm sad that it looks like Tuesday/Thursday dinners will be protein bars, since my body/mind would really prefer a hot meal.  But I managed and my brain was mostly functional until the end of class.

3: orange dijon chicken, I think.  I was supposed to make the marinade in advance yesterday, but I forgot.  I think it'll still be okay with a short marination started around noon when I get home from classes.

And in poop talk... my bowels seem to have changed.  For the first year or so post-op my bowels were SUPER predictable.  I'd wake up, poop within 15 minutes, and that was that.  For the last many months my body has decided that it isn't going to poop until I've had at least half of my morning shake, and normally not until 15-30 minutes after I finish my shake.  It's very annoying :/

Yay!!  Glad it worked out.  Juggling food and schedules can be a pain in the butt!!

E:  No walk today.  Tore up my heels with new shoes walking yesterday.  They need to heal a bit.

Yesterday was a really, really tough day at work and home, and this day has started much the same way.  I really struggle with eating when I'm upset emotionally.  I'm thankful that the office I'm working in today doesn't really have anything to snack on.

B: Protein shake (my first in a long time, but I'm going to try and do this every day because I tend to want to eat a mid-morning snack)

S: baby bell and a cheese stick and 5 townhouse crackers, 3 bites of my husband's cinnamon roll.

L: leftover taco meat, refried beans and cheese and a few tortilla chips

D: The is still up in the air.  My mom and I are supposed to be providing dinner for a meeting tonight, but she is doing the cooking since I'm at work.  I'm thinking we're having meatballs and zucchini.

Vites: forgot

Exercise: rest day since I did two classes yesterday and can hardly walk.  I did wrestle with a 15 year old student who was having an incredible fit and am sore from that as well.

L - Chicken tortilla soup - Took coworker to lunch for her bday. I only ate the chicken and maybe 2 bites of veggies out of the soup.
