Hi all,

It has been a while. I haven't been on here lately, but I will always end up back here because this forum helped me get to where I am. I thought I would share some progress pictures with you guys today.

My weight loss (278 > 170)

I am very proud of how far I have come, but I do still want to tone up more, especially in my arms, stomach, and thighs.
