Adding surgery date to tital bar

When I read posts, I like how most people have their surgery date and what type of surgery they had over on the right hand side of the tital bar. Hard as I try, I haven't been able to get to  the place where I can add this. Could someone let me know how ? Thanks

Hover on the flower/asterisk to the right of the bell. Click on Medical History, and click on "add surgery."

how did you get your stats under your ticker

Go to settings, then click where it says message board, There is a signature box there, You can put in whatever info that you like.
