Hi everyone, I am one week post op today. I am so happy right now for some reason. I don't know if it is because I can walk up right without holding my belly or back pain. Anyways, I am still on my liquid, but I like to read what you guys are eating give me a glimpse into my future.

Good day today so far.  Spending the day sewing, and organizing my sewing room.  I'll be walking with my wonderful husband tonight, as I try to get at least 12,000 steps in.  

B: scrambles eggs with cheese and lots of mushroom

S: Light and Fit cherry yogurt

L: 2 pork ribs

S: sugar free Big Stick and pink lady apple

D: more pork ribs with some kind of veggie

V: done, except for iron

W: well on way to 100 ounces

E: tonight, my friends, tonight

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

B - 1/3 c Special K with 1/4 c fat free milk, 2 strawberries, 1 slice turkey bacon

S - 4 oz Greek yogurt

L - 2 oz tuna and 2 oz low fat cottage cheese

S - protein bar

D - 5 shrimp with green beans

Water on track

Vitamins taken

Exercise - walked this morning and am 1500 steps away from 10,000 for the day

S: Labrada Salted Caramel (so good!), Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate Square, Parmesan Crisps

D: Meatballs with Marinara and Ricotta

V: Not yet, but need to

W: On track

E: 3 mile walk this morning, chest and shoulders weight workout this evening plus whatever I need to walk to get 10,000 steps

Hey all, glad we have this thread again, I am doing the AMAW-C (all meat all week-critter) with the RNY'ers on their menu thread too.

L:  1/2 ham and cheese omelet from Huddle House sausage

D:  Pulled pork from Ricks BBQ

S:  Atkins vanilla shake
