Happy Monday!
1: protein shake
2: No idea. I have a lot of dental work this morning and I don't know what my jaw/mouth will feel up to. I might have another protein shake. Otherwise the options are a tuna pouch, deli chicken if Lance doesn't eat it, and chicken parm which I'm not too keen on.
3: leftover roast beef stroganoff - the guys get egg noodles, I'll just have the meat sauce part
water and vites: on track, and today my Vyvanse goes from 30mg to 40! Woo.

I went camping two weekends ago and was surprised that I didn't gain weight. In the past, I would have used camping as an excuse to Eat All The Things! :)
