D- Roast turkey sub in a tub from Jersey Mike's, no oil, extra vinegar, extra tomatoes, everything else Mike's way.

E- walking towards my 10,000 steps

BUT I get to start on purees Tuesday so I am happy

It honestly does get easier daily! I am still home and haven't returned to work yet though. I am grateful that since I have been home I haven't felt nauseous or vomited. I just try to take it easy and don't try to overdo things! I was so nervous heading up to surgery but the day of I was at peace and it went by quickly. You got this and I am excited for you!!!
Puree day was the happiest day of my life :D

For me it was crab legs at Red Lobster on the first day of soft foods!
B - 1/2 carton dannon light and fit greek yogurt - blackberry (yum! possibly my favorite)
MS - rest of yogurt
L - 3oz shrimp with 1/2T ****tail sauce
AS - 0.75oz cheddar cheese
D - 3oz meatloaf with 1oz carrots
8oz fairlife skim milk before bed (to make sure i get enough protein in)
W - doing much better today, fully on track!
V - on track
E - 20minute walking DVD when I get home from work followed by resistance bands, hoping for a 10minute walk after lunch - assuming no more rain and not crazy humid out
