water intake

I was having a hard time getting more than 32oz of fluid in me per day. I am happy to report that I have been trying sooooo hard lately and have been over 64oz for the past 3 days. Yay!

I was stuck on 50 for the longest time......for the past week or so I've been topping 70.....and of course my new exercise program is running to the bathroom all day long.

LOT'S of trips to the bathroom!! haha

That's great news! I struggle with this as well... Do you notice any differences in how you feel?

Not feeling different other than having less constipation...on day 5 today and still at 64oz daily! I have a new drinking routine/schedule and a new S'Well water bottle, so hopefully I won't have a hard time sticking to it. The week-end will be a test for sure though!
