Whatcha Eating Today? Wednesday 8/17/16

I hang out mostly in the maintenance group nowadays but pop over from time to time to lurk. I always liked reading what everybody was eating everyday for ideas and see that you guys are slacking off. ;)
B- Quest bar and small banana
L- Raw sweet red pepper cut up with one packet of Starkist Tuna Creations (ranch) spread on top.
S- Oikos Zero Greek yogurt (berry)
D- Grilled chicken breast and corn on the cob -- If I'm still hungry, I have some fresh Jersey tomatoes and cucumbers soaking in lite Italian dressing.
S- No sugar added fudgsicle or 2
W- on track
E- walking towards my 10,000 steps
V- on track

I had been missing these posts! I'm almost 9 weeks post-op so here's my day:
B: 1/2 carton dannon light and fit greek yogurt - vanilla
MS: rest of yogurt
L: 7 large shrimp and 1/2T ****tail sauce
AS: hard boiled egg
D: 3oz meatloaf and 1oz carrots
After dinner: 1 cup fairlife skim milk before bed
V: on track
W: a little behind but i'll catch up
E: 20 minute leslie sansone walk away the pounds dvd as soon as i get home, some resistance band upper body exercises
I was wondering where these posts had gone - but I've been absent a long time.
1: shake
2: leftover indian food (some paneer thing that was amazing)
3: a new salmon recipe that involves lentils and mustard
liquids and vitamins: on track
exercise: nothing formal. My body told me to sleep in this morning so I missed my fitness classes. I think it needed the sleep more than it needed pilates!

B - Syntrax Nectar super gross blue flavor from my variety pack
L - 2 Scrambled eggs with a little bit of cheese and a few soy crumbles
D - Ground taco seasoned beef and cheese
W - good
E - deep house cleaning
V - good
Breakfast- 1 hard boiled egg w/ 1 tbl spoon low fat mayo.
snack - 1/2 premier protein shake
Lunch- 2 oz leftover baked salmon and 1 tbls sautéed spinack
dinner- 3 oz chicken balsamic with mushrooms
snack- 1/2 premier protein shake
Exercise- 2 miles on tread mill and some upper body machines (joined gym, too hot outside)also using Fitbit to track steps.
water- on track. 48 by 1:30
Vitamin- good ( got the patch calcium and iron) big change in energy since I started them
