Bummer, but it's also a good reason to read the food labels when you buy products.

Ugh! Yes! I have been fooled by imitation crab meat also! Knowing it's really fish-based, I thought I would be golden...then couldn't believe how high carbs were coming in! Ick! I'll just stick to the real stuff now.
