I think I definitely have acid that is mimicking hunger pangs. I think I'm just so used to my big fat stomach being hungry all the time. LOL!

tummy feeling is likely acid. Most surgeons prescribe a ppt for a while after surgery.  You will gradually experience hunger in a new way. For me now it is an overall body feeling of tension telling me I need fuel. Before it was my brain and belly telling me i needed chocolate. Big difference. 

And yeah I had temperature swings. Hot and cold. My surgeon says he knows of no medical reason for it but its so common its gotta be some hormones or adjusting to the new lack of gremlin or burning up of excess fat. I just get lots of clean pillow cases.  diane
