I've been using these patches for almost 3 months and they are wonderfully convenient.....my blood work will be done in another 3 months, so I don't have final results yet, but my doctors are all on-board with me using them.
With my last order, somehow my discount didn't get applied. I wrote to the company to ask them what to do about that situation. HOLY SMOKES....I wrote to them late at night (like 11 PM New York time) and I got a response from them within the hour. I also got several quick follow up responses to our back and forth communication and the problem has not only been resolved, they have far exceeded my expectations.
So, this is a big shout out to PatchMD and their customer service team......THANK YOU!!!
Their customer service is what should be demonstrated by more companies.

I was also very impressed with their customer service (no I am not being paid to say this)... I won a prize pack from OH a few months ago. I was to choose a 3-month supply of 4 different patches. They sent me someone else's picks by accident. Though the 3 multivitamin were correct, the other 9 packs were someone else's picks. I asked if I could send them back the 9 wrong ones and get my original request (no big deal if not)...they told me to keep ALL 12 packs and they'd send me my correct 12 packs. I was so floored. I really made out on that one...
P.S. I've been on them for at least 6 months & my labs have never been better.
