I was at a wake for an Uncle that has passed away ( he was 80 and lived a wonderful life). I was talking with an aunt and Uncle of mine and they were raving at how good I looked. It made me feel good. My uncle said that I looked "natural" now, and that they look at me as I have always been this healthy as it is my new norm. It was a really proud moment, I do not get as many compliments as I am 20 months out and the healthy Duff is the new norm. I had to share. Thanks

That is the best type of compliment.  When I first "debuted" my new body people sort of treated me more like a WLS "freak", so when a measured compliment comes at you 20 months out - it just seems more meaningful.

Glad to hear your Uncle had a full life, that is the way to go!
