My how time flies!! One year ago I rolled into the OR for a procedure that would change my life forever.

What at a wonderful thing. I have been able to take control of my life, my health, and my body.  Best thing I can say I ever did for myself .  Being selfish isn't always a bad thing.

I have had ups, downs and everything in between.  At this point I am down over 120 pounds, size 28 to a 14 in pants,  3x in shirt down to a large to XL shirts and too many other things to count.

i still have more weight to lose and with this wonderful tool, I can do it.  Stuck in a 3 week stall, but I'll push through.

For or all of you on the fence, DO IT!  You won't regret it.

This board is great motivation, full of ideas, and just support

thank you have a wonderful week

Thanks everyone.  Bmi of 51 to 30 ain't bad at all.  Saw my surgeon today and he was full of praise and kudos.  Looking forward to reaching goal which is about 25 pounds to get to BMI of 25.

Totally awesome day.  Keep up the good work.
