Good morning everyone,

I am trying to find the best place to get variety packs of protein shakes? Any ideas?? I want to be ready with variety so I don't get stuck with a bunch of one flavor!

Thanks

Also keep in mind that what tastes good pre op may not even be tolerated post op. It is nice to have a variety of flavor so and brands. I mostly used unjury and premiere protein. I suggest you stick to protein isolates.  Nutrition.com also has a wide variety.

www.vitalady.com sells quite a few sample packs. Be advised that they package the samples themselves in their warehouse from larger containers. They are labeled as to what they are. This didn't bother me and I ordered many samples from them.

I've been using Premiere Protein shakes from Walmart.

You can go to GNC or Vitamin Shoppe; they should have single packs of various flavors and brands. I drank nothing but Pure Protein Chocolate Frost after surgery and to this day (almost a year out), I can't drink any chocolate protein shakes--my body doesn't want anything to do with them--so variety is a great idea.
