The biotine I am taking is sublingual, the brand is "bari-melts" -I buy it from amazon!
Thanks! I'm gonna look into that!!! I'm just not sure how to get all these supplements in when you aren't supposed to swallow anything solid for a while. Lol

I got the OK from my surgeon to swallow regular pills as soon as I returned home from surgery. I had to cut the larger vitamins up into several pieces, but I could swallow them one at a time with a sip of water and a few minutes in-between. It took AGES since I'm on several meds for bipolar, but I had no trouble with them right out of the gate.

Many calcium supplements-- which we're recommended to be on-- also include D3 to improve absorption. Caltrate makes several types, including these chewables that you can pick up at the drugstore.
