I presently take a multivitamin (Centrum Women), Biotin, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 sublingual. Has anyone found a decent liquid or chewable vitamin D3 or Biotin? Brand name and/or where you bought it would be helpful. I've already got the chewable multivitamin and the sublingual B12, so i'm good on that. Just need to get those 2. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I use a sublingual D3 by Superior Source.  They're very tiny and dissolve quickly.   They have them in different dosages (1000 IU, 5000 IU, and 10,000 IU).  You can get them from several places, not just Vitamin Shoppe (below)

VitaFusion Extra Strength D3 (3000IU) Gummies are delish! I haven't taken them for a little while because my D levels were a little too high, probably from sneaking an extra gummy or two sometimes. :)   I buy them on Amazon.

NeoCell Biotin Bursts are delicious!  They are about $15 at CVS or GNC.

I just ordered all my supps (multi, b-50 comlex and a calcium) from Bariatric Advantage

All are chewable (and citrus flavored, at my choosing) except the B-50. Havent gotten them yet, but am looking forward to it!

I have been taking a multivitamin from rainbow brand I think, off amazon. Whenever I take it gives me a little bit of nausea for a few minutes and the shakes as if I did a shot of tequila lol

Is there a reason why you're taking biotin?  I would recommend that you use it with caution as it can promote hair growth in places where you do not want hair.

My nails never grow and I have very thin hair, so they suggested that I take it to promote hair and nail growth. I don't notice any improvements, except my toe nails. May fingernails dont grow and my hair isnt any thicker. Lol

In addition to those recommendations I would highly highly highly recommend the daily consumption of bone broth. It is easy to make, delicious, very sleeve friendly, very low carb and very low calorie. It tastes great and is very healthy for you. It takes some time to make so be patient at first and be prepared to make another batch as you get about halfway through what you have in the fridge/freezer. You can keep it in the fridge for a week and freeze if for like a month. There are a ton of YouTube videos describing how to make it, so check it out.

I have made 3 batches in the past week so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

I took biotin a few months ago and it made me break out. I was told my dosage was too high so you may want to try a low dose first.

Thank you all for the suggestions! I've been instructed not to take any gummies at all because they don't get absorbed since they are typically harder to chew down to digestible consistency (as per the nutritionist). He made alot of people upset at our "group" nutrition counseling. Lol.
