The edge of normal

I've been trying to reach 136 pounds for about 2 weeks now. It's the most I can weigh and be in the normal BMI range. Today I stepped on the scale and it read 135.5. I'm hoping to reach 125. I'm only 5'2" with a fairly small frame. But if I can't reach it I'm OK. I don't think I really believed I could ever get back to a normal weight. I'm feeling so grateful. Thanks for listening, love all you guys for answering all my questions and for the support.

Sincere congratulations to you for making a "dream come true" one you didn't know you could reach. You should be so happy and proud of your accomplishment. Good luck getting to 125...

Go you!!!

For a lot of us, the high edge of normal is about the closest we'll ever be to "normal," and that's absolutely OK. If 135 is comfortable, that's great! If you feel better down a bit, that's great too. :)

Congratulations! That's fantastic. If you want to reach 125 all you have to do is set your mind to it. It can be done. You are still in that great "honeymoon" phase during which it will be a lot easier to reach your goal than if you wait until later.

Great work!

Thank you so much for the encouragement. I'm going to try my best. I've heard a lot about bounce back, and I'd like to not be in the overweight range if that happens.
