Kitchen Gadget Disease Chronicles: Air fryer and an upgraded Instant Pot
I would say yes..... The first week to 10 days is the hardest. You don't start feeling normal again until all the drains are out. Me days 10 and 16. Weeks 3,4, and 5 you feel better, but still building your stamina....

I could just hug you right now! My charges finally arrived. Made my first cheesecake in the IP (uh, crazy delicious and not weight loss friendly) and used my whip cream maker. What a game changer!! Love this thing!

So glad! I love mine too. I just made a cheesecake on Saturday and totally forgot about making it in the IP.....next time.

I have to admit the IP does a great job. I didn't want to like it, since I am so used to using the oven. Texture is much nice and better looking.

Sent the hubby up for wonton wrappers today actually. Nifty little buggers that can be stuffed with all kinds of protein and in the amount that you want. If you have not checked out the skinny girl blog, you should- there is a whole page on different fillings that are diet friendly.

You're bad for my pocketbook, happyteacher, lol.
I was wondering how those air fryers worked. Since the Celiac diagnosis I've found there's nothing I'd really eat. I'm definitely going to snag a sous vide gadget, though!
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
