5 days post op

Hi!

I am new to this group but very excited to be here! I just had my VSG on the 13th of June and I've been doing great! It was a little rocky in the beginning, but all good now! I haven't had to start back on any of my diabetes meds ... yet. Hopefully with this lifestyle change that will be forever! Any tips for the new kid on the block?

Welcome to the forum, and congrats on being sleeved!!  You seem to be doing great and in good spirits, with a good attitude, so thats a good thing right there!  My tip would be not to get too hung up on the scale and take measurements and before pics.  Other ways of gaging your success.  Good luck!
