Debate re How long should you take to eat?

What NYMom said. The first bites you eat make it through your stomach and into your intestine in about 20 minutes. So if you eat slow enough, you could continue eating all day long. So aim for about 20 minutes.

If you weigh your portions before you begin eating, it matters less how slow you eat. You'll quit when your proper portion is done. Sitting in front of a large pile of food, timing is more crtitical.

6'3" tall, male.

Your weight loss is terrific, don't sweat it. My guidelines provided by the practice were to finish meals in 30 or less (but not to eat fast). This doesn't include drinking water. That is ongoing, but not with your meal or within 30 minutes of finishing your meal.
