Haven't heard from insurance in over a month....
It has been over a month of waiting for approval for my sleeve. I contacted my surgeon's coordinator to see if she heard anything and she called my insurance company and it was STILL pending. It should have only taken 2 to 3 weeks. That being said, I have MA and their whole system is backed up, maybe there really is nothing I can do. I feel like my whole life is on hold. Has anyone has a similar situation with their insurance company?
Call them. Insurance companies are notoriously good at losing paperwork!
