Just came back from a short vacation with my husband. I was unable to weigh for four days. I ate as close to my normal way of eating as I could, but still nervous about weighing this morning. I lost 2 pounds, woo hoo. The scale had not moved in about 2 weeks , so I'm super happy, 138.5 can barely believe it. Two years ago when I was 250 I never thought I would see the 130's ever again.
