I think I experience that last night. Same symptoms as you. Ate more protein and water but it didn't work. I was really scared.

Don't worry about your jeans. You have been rocking your success for a while now so you came to the right place. Good luck with your blood pressure and thanks for the post.

Are you sure it's low blood pressure? Those same symptoms can be low blood sugar, and at 4 years out, it's more likely low BS.

You say you've gotten off track and your clothes are tight. That means too many simple carbs, and too many simple carbs means low blood sugar, just as you describe. It's simple enough to check.

I had this issue - I started added electrolytes to my water.  The lowest calorie/no sugar one I've found is called Nuun.  I see them at some grocery stores in the supplement aisle, or you can order them on Amazon.  I usually use the Tropical Fruit or Triple Berry flavor and add some crystal light lemonade...but they taste good without the crystal light.  It's totally solved the light headedness and dizziness for me.
