Hair loss - nioxin or minoxidil?

Beware of biotin.   It caused me to grow hair on places that I did not want hair.  If you're going to be hit with telogen effluvium, it is what it is.

There's nothing you can do, except wait it out. Some people opt for new hairstyles during this time.  Hair grows back.  Don't spiral downward into a depression that could trigger bad eating behaviors.  It's just not worth it.
