What cha eating today, VSGers? - Thursday
Good morning, everyone,
My weight is still hanging on the high side of my acceptable range. This weight loss process is not easy.
I'm cooking today. I'm going to try a new recipe for buffalo chicken spaghetti squash, hoping to find a lower calorie version of one of my favorite dishes. Plus I'm making more of the cheeseburger pie (yum) and harvest chicken salad, and crack slaw. That should hold me for the week!
breakfast - salmon
lunch - mushroom quiche
dinner - chicken fajita toss
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - still walking, and maybe shopping this afternoon. (lots of walking there)

Good morning all! Work has been crazy busy! Not much time to read or post.
Today is day 41 of liquids! Five days left on liquids! I cant wait until next Tuesday to start pureed foods, but I'm a little scared too! Not sure how my new sleeve will react to food.
