Weight gain after 2.5 years

I'm almost 3 years out and since about 20 months out I've just slowly crept up in weight. Ive come to realize it's totally due to the fact that soft food is so much easier to eat then dense protein. I start eating moist dense protein. Tiny bites really slow. I know my volume is about 10 ounces. So I weigh 3-4 ounces of dense protein and time my eating it so it takes 30 minutes to eat it. It's really helped. Also restarting the PPI which I had tried to wean off of. Also cutting way back on carbs. Now getting carbs from veggies or occasional Apple. With making sure I'm getting that 3-4 ounces of dense protein I get full and don't get hunger again soon. It's made a big difference

good luck
