Sorry, one more for today, Im trying so hard with setting goals for oz an hour but its harder than anything to get at least 64...

Was everyone making it to 64 a couple days after surgery!?

Feeling discouraged!

Get some little 3oz paper bathroom cups, and try to do one of those per hour. Sip constantly.

I still don't and its going on 5 months since my surgery. I average about 40 ounces a day, still a work in progress but I am still losing.  I aim everyday to get to 64 ounces, hopefully one day I will get there. Ive never been one to drink many fluids even before surgery.

It took me a couple weeks to get 64oz per day  - I'm 6 weeks out from surgery and I have to be intentional abou****er (and calories, carbs, & protein for that matter) - but I believe that to mimic the success that so many have had from VSG, it makes sense to mimic their behaviors. I am now averaging 80 oz water daily.
