Frozen Yogurt - blah

OK, so let me start off by saying Happy Friday all and my sleeve - I think I'll name mine (Cooper) - I like that name.

Cooper does not like frozen yogurt.  We went to one of those frozen yogurt places last night and i had maybe 3 spoon fulls and I got the foamies.  I didn't get sick, thank God, but I was not right the rest of the evening and this morning I still feel like I'm hungover.

So going forward - Cooper will not get anymore frozen yogurt - we'll stick with the stuff out of the fridge.

You can't take care of them, if you don't take care of you!!

Froyo from the yogurt shop is often really sugary. Major shock to the system!

I know it's crazy but I got one of those Dessert Bullets for $30 from Walmart.  I take a light and fit greek yogurt and fill up an ice cube tray.  then I mash said frozen yogurt through the tray.  It is AWESOME and feels like I'm eating ice cream, but I'm really just having a yogurt which is in my plan.

My kids love frozen bananas and fruit in it.  I have used frozen berries and the yogurt and it is almost like having ice cream.  I'm looking forward to summer for the treats this year.

Shortly after surgery, I quickly found out that I had become lactose intolerant.

It might be the type of sugar that's in the yogurt that you're reacting to. I know for me some sugar alcohols have me running to the toilet., or maybe you can't have lactose?

I like the sunshine yogurt pops. It has regular sugar in it,  the calories & carb count for me is ok for a treat, but I have to adjust my meal plan for the day to have one.

I can't do sugar after surgery.  It makes me so sick.  Frozen yogurt got me once too.  I had a finger width of my nieces chocolate chip cookie cake at her b-day, that was ok.  So it seems to be a little is ok and how much is too much?  I haven't figured out.  The suffering makes me not want it at all.  I have a sweet tooth and if getting sick means I won't eat it...OK :)
