What cha eating today, VSGers? - Thursday
Hi All,
I blew the diet yesterday with a piece of cheesecake for my daughter's birthday. sigh
But I trudge along...back on track today.
breakfast - salmon
lunch - chicken and broccoli
lunch2/snack - atkins beef stroganoff
dinner - going to a party - so it won't be great
vitamins - good
water - ok
exercise - walking...

I've been doing real well but the scale is stuck. I know I'm still losing inches because I feel thinner, but those damn numbers better start moving soon.
B-yogurt/walnuts/2 strawberries
s-protein drink
l-1/2 chicken breast over baby spinach - yum
s-cheese stick - maybe
d-IT wedding soup and a turkey/ham roll-up
s-cereal with protein powder added to it - so maybe my hair will stop falling out.

Mind if I ask where you are in Iowa? I've got family all over there! I was born in Spencer and my grandparents are there, I have aunts and uncles in Spirit Lake and Algona, a cousin at Northwestern in Orange City, and another uncle at UNI in Cedar Falls :)

S - garlic and herb cheese bites, 1% milk

W - half of my firs****er bottle down, more to go
E - Lunchtime walk, it's 90 degrees and beautiful! Might throw my son in the jogging stroller and do a few laps around the neighborhood after dinner, too.
