Hope everyone is having a great day .  the sun is shining in upstate NY - still chili, but at least no rain.

B-1 scrambled egg with cauliflower mixed in

s-protein drink

l-grilled chicken

s-protein drink - my hair is falling out like crazy, so i'm going to add more to my diet

d-meatloaf with green beans

s-protein drink

e/v/w - not doing so well with water today - will concentrate on that more.  everything else - good

You can't take care of them, if you don't take care of you!!

Hi All,

I'm still chipping away at those extra pounds hoping to be back at goal for my three-year check up on Friday.  I'm still over a pound from goal, so not much chance!  But at least its not 5 pounds over as it was all-too-recently.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - crack slaw - yum

lunch2/snack - chicken and broccoli au gratin

dinner - beef stroganoff without the sour cream or noodles.

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - good  I'm over 5,000 steps already for today.

Hello!

I just got a quick walk in, and I'm off to get a haircut that will hopefully handle the impending hair loss well.  I'm getting my greys covered too, hooray!

B - 1 egg scrambled with 1 T shredded mozzarella, 1 t evoo and 3/4 oz avocado on top

L - ham and cheese roll ups, dill pickles

S - Premier Protein with a double shot of espresso over ice

D - cheeseburger, no bun.

S - yogurt

W - needs work

E - done, went for a walk

V - on track so far.

Cold and grey in Arizona... doubt it'll hit 80 today ;)

B- SF greek yogurt

L- leftover pollo asado

D- shrimp with garlic, lime, and tomato in the sous-vide

S- string cheese, hard-boiled egg with avocado

E/V/W- taking the baby on a walk after work, need to work on the water since I'm only down half a jar so far
