Hey y'all! Just getting started with the process here! I have my surgical consult, psych eval, and all that scheduled for Jun 14. I will be working with Centennial Medical Center's, Center for treatment of Obesity in Nashville, TN. I work for HCA so my insurance is on board as long as it's done with one at one of their facilities. Just wanted to say hi and make some new friends!!

Hi Tara and welcome to the group! Lot's of great ideas etc. on this site and some awfully nice people willing to answer your questions. I had my surgery a little over a week ago.
Doing well.
Once you have your surgery date, at the top of the page, go up and highlight community, then recent and upcoming surgeries and see if you can get a surgery buddy with the same date as you. I had a friend request to be mine and it had been so much fun discussing stuff with her and our progresses together. Her surgery was the same exact day.
Up above also with the big green search button you can put in some key words for some questions you may have and you can see several conversations about that topic. A big topic is Vitamins and Protein shakes.
I would be happy to help in any way I can. Again, welcome to the "losers club"

8/22/2016 Lost 60.1 since surgery. Lost 78.2 overall.
Goals: 1)Get under 300 - done! Yeah! 2) Get under 280 (Yeah met this on 8/10/16) 3)Get under 268 (stay tuned!)
