I totally understand that.  That's why I put in for "general" relief. 

I'm glad that you do.  I just wanted to make sure that others have the information too 

I add a half capful to my protein shake five days a week.  I also take Fiber Gummies.  This seems to be the answer to all my prayers.

So do most of you take the Miralax in the A.M?

Yes.  I have a protein shake for breakfast and add the Miralax then.

I feel ya! I've had some traumatic episodes in the bathroom since surgery with constipation...it is no joke! Definitely get a prescription, my insurance covered it completely. 

I used to take it everyday at night in my water or mio.  Then I cut down to every other day.  Now I don't take it anymore.  It works.  But not instantly.  Give it a few days.  You will feel better soon.  Good luck

Not sure if this helps anyone out.. but I have taken miralax since I was 7 years old. Doctor's used to prescribed a half of a capful a day... now I take one full capful a day in hot chocolate. I am not a big coffee drinker and coffee actually upsets my belly.. I am in my mid 20's now and this idea still seems to work. Hope it is helpful to anyone that might have kids that need to take this stuff..... (As a kid... It is gross... I was there... Hot coco with whip cream on top does the trick for any kiddo) ;) we can thank my mom for this trick
