What is everyone eating today?

B-I had Greek Yogurt with walnuts and 2 strawberries with raw honey

S-Protein drink and 8 almonds
L-2 oz of chicken - baked over some lettuce with honey mustard dressing
s-cucumbers and carrots
d-sword fish - yum - broiled 3 ozs with a baby potatoe if i'm still hungry
s-bran (1/2 cup) - 1 cup is too much with 1/2 cup of almond milk 

E/V/W - all on track - walking tonight while my daughter is at practice.

You can't take care of them, if you don't take care of you!!

l - leftover bang bang chicken and shrimp

s - yogurt & berries

s - protein shake

d - shrimp & broccoli

s - cottage cheese & berries

e - 4 mile run & crossfit :)

hi,

I just had 5 days off plan and I'm up 5 pounds on the scale! Unbelievable!

So I'm back to plan today.

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - orange-balsamic chicken

Dinner - buffalo chicken

snack - broccoli slaw

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - walking a lot to help restart the diet

 

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

That didn't take long to move up.  It must be mostly water weight.  Good for you getting right back at it though! waiting too long or starting Monday isn't always a good choice.

B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese (getting sick of this, need to change it up)

S: Hunter Sausage and Cheese

L: One piece leftover thin crust pizza

S: Greek Yogurt

D: Mexican - nephews 18th and he picked. Probably fajitas minus the shell

E - Run tonight

B - 1 piece of string cheese, 1.75 oz ham.  I had to eat this in two sittings, but it was really good.

L - refried beans with cheese

S - protein shake

D - tilapia, maybe a little bit of potato

S - 2 oz plain yogurt

E - went to the park with my son today and will be mowing the lawn this afternoon. If my husband gets home early enough from his workout, will go for a walk as well

V - not yet

So hard to be even vegetarian on this journey. I still aspire to be vegan. EVERYTHING makes me feel guilty but I can't imagine giving up yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese, string cheese. I don't know what I would ever eat. I think vegetarian diet contributed to weight gain since I am not a cook, I would eat out...aka carbs. Does anyone know good things to eat that didn't once have a face? I am very concerned about exploitation of animals, but with a sleeve I cannot take in enough protein. There simply is not enough room. Ugh, this is hard.

I can't imagine being a vegetarian after surgery, but I guess tofu and nuts would be my guess
