Hair loss and tailbone pain

I wonder if you are low in vitamin D? My hips, knees, and back hurt when mine was low. All my pains went away when I upped my vitamin D intake.

Don't waste your money on rogaine or any other shampoos or extra vitamins.  Telogen Effluvium needs to run it's course and will stop when your new hair has completely emerged.  I second the new haircut.  A makeover is good for  the soul!

I am an apple shaped women with no bum or hips so my tail bone started hurting early on. I am now almost 5 years out and still use the ****yx pillow on a daily basis.  Mine has a fairly large v shaped cutout so no pressure is place on the tail bone when you sit.
